PRODUCTION TIME
As we produce everything on demand, please allow 2-3 weeks to finalize your order before shipping. While this requires a bit more patience, you'll receive a truly unique, custom-designed product in return.


ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Orders are shipped with tracking from Switzerland to anywhere in the world.

While the listed prices include standard taxes and fees, international customers (outside of Switzerland) may be subject to additional customs duties, VAT, and handling fees upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price. These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier.

For EU customers:
• Orders below CHF150: Subject to VAT charges only
• Orders above CHF150: Subject to both VAT (around 20%) and customs duties
